Our packages are delivered throughout Istanbul, to all districts within Istanbul, and to major districts in Ankara. Please contact us to find out about delivery locations in Ankara.

What time are the meals delivered?

We generally try to deliver meals before everyone leaves for work or home. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, your meal packages should arrive between 06:00 and 08:00.

How does the food production process work?

The meals are prepared the day before and delivered to you cold in refrigerated vehicles. You heat the meals at your mealtime.

How should I store food?

You should store the food in the refrigerator at +4 degrees Celsius. It is important to put it in the refrigerator immediately after receiving it.

How should I heat up the food?

You can heat food in the microwave for 1 minute. However, we strongly recommend heating it in the oven or on the stovetop to your desired temperature.

Why do the vegetables appear undercooked?

There's an important health benefit to having vegetables served lightly cooked. It's important to keep vegetables raw to preserve their vitamin and mineral content and prevent a spike in blood sugar.

How is the order of meals determined within the packages?

The meals are packaged in boxes according to meal order, and the order of your meals is written on the box. You can consume them by referring to that order.

Is it normal to feel hungry at the beginning of the package delivery?

Yes, it's normal to feel hungry initially when you start eating these packages. However, as your cells are nourished over time, this feeling will disappear and may even become overwhelming.

Why don't you peel the skins off fruits and vegetables?

Can I postpone the delivery date?

You can postpone your delivery via the mobile app up to 3 days in advance. Postponed meals will be added to your order completion count. You must notify us 3 days in advance to postpone your order.

What should I do if the package sizes become too large over time?

After feeding your baby with Habit for a while, you may find that the packages are too much. In this case, you can consult your dietitian about changing the package or reducing the number of meals.

What is a personalized nutrition package?

A personalized nutrition plan is tailored entirely to your needs. A menu is created based on your preferences and preferences, and then delivered to you. You can consult your dietitian for more information about this plan.

How many days a week should I buy a package?

Purchasing a package every day of the week yields the most efficient results. However, this may not be feasible for everyone. You don't have to purchase a package on weekends due to weekend activities, etc. You can consider the nutritional recommendations our dietitian will provide for the weekend.

How to change your address?

To change your address, simply inform us via our chat channel the day before or in the morning.

When should you consult a dietitian?

Before purchasing a nutrition package, your dietitian will meet with you and recommend packages based on your needs. You can determine the frequency of your meetings with the dietitian throughout the process.

What ingredients are NOT found in your dishes?

Our meals are gluten-free, completely lactose-free, and contain no additives, flavorings, sugar, or sweeteners. We also use only cold-pressed olive oil. Our chicken and egg packages are organic.

Can I pay with meal vouchers?
