PRELIMINARY INFORMATION FORM

This Preliminary Information Form has been prepared in accordance with the Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, to inform the consumer about the distance sales contract to be concluded between the seller and the buyer, whose details are given below.

INFORMATION ABOUT THE PRODUCT/SERVICE SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT

The essential characteristics of the product or service, its type, content, sales price, payment method, delivery information, selected delivery time, delivery address, and other order-related information are as stated on the order summary screen and in the invoice.

The products offered for sale consist of daily, weekly, and monthly nutrition packages, detox products, and the food, beverages, and related services included in these packages. Package contents may vary depending on daily operations, stock availability, seasonal product supply, and expert evaluations. The calorie and macronutrient values ​​stated on the website are average values, and minor differences may occur due to production processes.

TOTAL FEE AND PAYMENT

The total sales price for an order is the amount shown on the order summary screen, including the selected product/service, delivery time, delivery area, and any additional service fees. Payments can be made by credit card or bank transfer/EFT.

For payments made via bank transfer/EFT, the payment must reach HABIT's accounts no later than 23:59, two days before the delivery/package start date.

DELIVERY AND PERFORMANCE TERMS

The ordered products will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the BUYER during the order process, on the selected delivery day and time slot. An additional courier fee may be charged for addresses outside the delivery area.

If the BUYER is not present at the delivery address, provides incorrect or incomplete address information, or refuses to accept the delivery, HABIT may retain the undelivered product for 24 hours. After this period, any unclaimed products may be destroyed.

Delivery of the ordered products to the building manager, security guard, receptionist, information desk staff, or a third party at the delivery address will be considered valid delivery.

CHALLENGING REASONS

HABIT cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to force majeure events such as weather conditions, traffic congestion, transportation problems, natural disasters, technical malfunctions, and similar circumstances. In such cases, the BUYER may request a postponement of delivery or its rescheduling to a more suitable date.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN CONDITIONS

According to the relevant provisions of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for perishable food products or those that are likely to expire.

However, the BUYER's order cancellation requests are evaluated within the framework of the cancellation and refund conditions specified in the Distance Sales Agreement. In cancellations based on the package usage period, the days used are deducted, and a fixed fee may be applied to the remaining amount.

STORAGE AND CONSUMPTION CONDITIONS

It is the BUYER's responsibility to store the products properly after delivery, especially in the refrigerator. HABIT cannot be held responsible for any health problems that may arise from products not stored properly or not consumed within 1 day of the delivery date.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In case of disputes arising from this pre-information form and distance sales contract, consumer arbitration boards and consumer courts shall have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.

APPROVAL

The BUYER acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that they have been informed about all matters contained in this Preliminary Information Form prior to placing the order, that they have read and understood the distance sales contract, and that they have given the necessary approval electronically.
