How is Bootcamp Athletic effective?
For those who do resistance training, carbohydrates are best tolerated after training.
Insulin is an "anabolic" hormone, meaning it promotes growth and fat storage. In sedentary individuals, uncontrolled carbohydrate consumption leads to insulin secretion and fat storage, whereas the situation is different for those who engage in resistance exercise.
After properly performed resistance exercise, the insulin released in response to easily digestible (gluten-free) carbohydrates acts as a "muscle storage" mechanism. The muscles, protected by insulin's anabolic function, are further nourished by a low-fat, clean protein source consumed in the same meal.
The carbohydrates consumed in this meal will be stored as glycogen in the muscles, and not a single gram will be converted into fat.
The other meal you eat during the hours away from your workout will not cause your blood sugar to rise due to its low carbohydrate content; this will allow your body to release the hormone glucagon. Will the sports program be presented by you? Yes; a gym workout program will be shared with you to ensure the most effective fat burning, compatible with this diet plan. If you already have a workout program, you can review it with İlker Çağlayan after purchasing the package. You can also review your current program during a Zoom training session with İlker Çağlayan one day before the start of the program.
How am I supposed to exercise if I don't have a gym membership? For participants in this situation, a link to an exercise program they can do using their own body weight, without any equipment, will be shared.

While Bootcamp is designed for more sedentary individuals, Bootcamp Athletic is designed for those who already do resistance training but are not satisfied with their body composition. Bootcamp Athletic has a much higher protein content and uses a cyclical carbohydrate method. The workout program and nutritional supplement recommendations offered are also different.
How much fat will I burn with this program? This varies greatly from person to person. There are many variables, from your current digestive system and vitamin and mineral deficiencies to your mood, sleep quality, hormonal balance, and the intensity of your training, and we will discuss all of these during the program. On average, approximately 1.5-2 kg of fat is burned; however, we want to remind you that this program is much more than just fat burning; it's an eye-opening training process for you.
